Posted by ANNA MCKELVEY
Cheers to a new year!! A fresh start begins with crispy, fresh salads made even better in their own little jars. These easy lunch meal prep salad jars will have your stomach full and your body nourished. Not to mention, with the inclusion of Lyte Balance, you’re giving your body exactly the right electrolytes to keep your body balanced — all while enjoying a fresh lunch!
Below you’ll find the recipes for three mason jar salads with their accompanying dressings, in case you’re feeling extra ambitious. You can always swap these dressings with your favorite options from the grocery store, just make sure to not forget your Lyte Balance!!
Pro-tip: We love prepping two of these recipes every week on Saturday or Sunday. When you build your salads in jars, you’ll keep the greens on the top and the dressing on the bottom so that these keep in your fridge ready-to-grab all week long. We’ve made sure to keep these recipes unstructured so that you can add any combination of ingredients you prefer. Don’t love greens? Add less! Swap out veggies, add cheeses, have fun!
