Returns & Refunds

We know you'll love Lyte Balance as much as we do. But, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your product for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account or credit card company as it may take a few days for the refund to post to your account. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lytebalance.com.

REFUNDS

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at orders@lytebalance.com and mail your item to: Smell Taste Technology, LLC, 23801 E. Appleway Avenue, Suite 260, Liberty Lake, WA, 99019, United States.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lyte Balance Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from lytebalance.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
