Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry Period

The promotion begins Monday, August 3, 2026 and ends Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

  • Required: Follow @LyteBalance on Instagram.
  • Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each tag counts as one (1) entry, up to a maximum of three (3) entries per person.
  • Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Stories, tag @LyteBalance, and send a screenshot via direct message to confirm.
  • Bonus entry: Sign up for the Lyte Balance newsletter via the link in the Instagram bio.

Tags of fake, inactive, or business accounts will be disqualified. Entries from accounts created solely to enter this promotion will be disqualified.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 3-Pack of Liquid Lyte Balance electrolytes. Approximate retail value: $73.95. Shipping within the United States is covered by the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all qualified entries on Monday, August 10, 2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. If the winner does not respond within that period, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected at random.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.
